Acupressure Chair Massage

Acupressure Chair Massage at your Workplace, Exhibitions & Events.

In today's hectic world, where stress continues to be on the rise, consider an acupressure chair massage to help reduce the effects of chronic stress, reduce anxiety levels and boost morale.

Acupressure is an ancient Chinese technique based on the principles of acupuncture, and involves the use of finger pressure (without needles) on specific points along the body. Acupressure massage therapy stimulates the circulatory, muscular, nervous, immune and lymphatic systems and activates the body's own energies to help fight illness and restore harmony. Acupressure can help alleviate backache, repetitive strain injury, asthma, headaches, migraines, toothache, fatigue, sinus problems, menstrual pain, digestive problems, eyestrain, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, depression. It can also help remove toxins, reduce stiffness and improve flexibility.

Using acupressure techniques I work the muscular structure around the head, neck, shoulders, back and arms helping work out stubborn knots, relieve stress and tension and reduce the effect of work-related injuries.

Treatment is carried out with the client seated on a specially designed massage chair
and can last 10, 15 or 20 minutes. The treatment is carried out through the clients clothing,
as I do not use any oils or lotions. A treatment can be done anywhere - although a quiet rooms allow for better results - airports, hotels, retail outlets, offices, concerts, product launches, exhibitions, shopping centres, factories, film & tv location sets/studios, golf days, theatres and many more...

Corporate Seated acupressure massage is an effective stress management tool that if offered regularly is of particular benefit in the work place. Many corporations and businesses are now encouraging their staff to take a twenty-minute break to experience the relaxing benefits of on-site massage. Clients report that after seated acupressure they feel energised and refreshed and better able to focus on work. Massage in the workplace has been proven to improve employee morale, increase productivity and creativity, reduce work-related injuries like carpal tunnel syndrome and decrease stress levels.

Massage in the workplace also makes a wonderful incentive for valuable employees, and as a way of saying "Thank You" for a job well done. It's also a great way to show your appreciation for valuable customers.
